Recruitment Process

How we hire

Screening Call
20 minutes, via MS Teams 
Your interview journey starts with a conversation with someone from our People Team. We’ll talk about your background, what drives you, and how you like to work. It’s about getting to know each other, from cultural fit and motivation to the practical details like availability and salary expectations.

Technical Interview*
30–45 minutes, via MS Teams 
In this step, you’ll meet the hiring manager. It’s your opportunity to better understand the role, connect with the team, and demonstrate how your technical know-how strengthens the team. *For full-time positions only

Technical Interview II + Assignment
1.5 hours, onsite 
This is your second technical deep dive. You’ll be asked to complete a technical assignment and present it to the team—an opportunity to demonstrate your critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Your recruiter will provide all the details in advance, so you know exactly what to expect.

Cultural Fit Interview  
1 hour, onsite 
You’re nearly at the finish line. In the final stage of the recruitment process, you’ll meet one of our leadership team members, our Head of People, and your hiring manager. We’ll dive into values, teamwork, and cultural fit.

Hiring Decision and Offer 
Online 
After thorough evaluation, our People Team will contact you with an offer outlining all key details - compensation, benefits, and more. Once you accept, we’ll start the onboarding process to prepare you for your first day.

  • Typically, around 4 weeks, depending on the role and interview stages.

  • We’re looking for hands-on team players who are eager to tackle real challenges, drive innovation in electric aviation, and help shape a more sustainable future.
